On February 14, 2024, WID Mid-Atlantic Chapter President Sam Muffoletto and Vice President Chanel Kelly, PMP, MBA presented a check for $2,500 to UM Upper Chesapeake Health Cancer LifeNet Network. This donation represents the funds that we raised at the 2023 Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon, held in October 2023.
Cancer LifeNet provides free services to cancer patients in Harford and Cecil Counties to help them cope with the physical, financial, psychological, and emotional aspects of battling cancers. These services include support groups and educational programs, as well as Patient Financial Advocates, Oncology Nurse Navigators, Oncology Social Workers, and Registered Dieticians.
