Chanel Kelly, PMP, MBA, has over 15 years of experience in project management. As Director and FSO at Tenax Technologies, she promotes collaboration and builds relationships between administrative and technical teams. She is passionate about empowering and coaching her team to maintain superior deliverables and a positive work environment. She currently oversees the work of program managers and multiple technical staff, working with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and ensure IT projects meet organizational goals. Chanel holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA, and enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids outdoors.
